The importance of people in SPAR: Contact International

With SPAR having a presence in 48 countries, operating 257 distribution centres and 13,996 stores, the 460,000+ people working for SPAR are at the core of the continued success and growth of the business.

It is imperative to provide opportunities for growth and development of employees in SPAR. This includes investing in the training and personal development of team members and their capabilities. Additionally, providing support and recognising employee success, are key drivers to ensuring SPAR retains its place as an employer of choice in the future.
